Q. What do you provide? 

  We provide the fountain, chocolate, dips, serviettes, skewers, table decorations (you may wish to provide colour coordinated table decorations) and two uniformed operators.

Q. What foods can you dip in the chocolate fountain? 

  Most any food item that goes well with chocolate can be used with the chocolate fountain. The most popular items are; strawberries, pineapple, grapes, marshmallows, fudge, chocolate brownie bites. Just keep in mind that any crumbly-type food that may fall into the chocolate fountain will cause the chocolate to get lumpy. Although this will not harm the fountain, it does affect the appearance of the chocolate as it is cascading over the tiers.  

Q. What do we need to provide? 

  Just a 13 amp power supply nearby.

Q. Is the chocolate gluten free?

  Yes the chocolate is gluten free. However, it is wor
th remembering that some of the dipping items may contain gluten though it's likely that the person who suffers with this problem will be aware of the foods they must avoid.

Q. What do you do with the leftover chocolate? 

  We leave all of the leftover chocolate for you in a bowl, together with any unused dipping foods. We never re-use the chocolate ourselves.

Q. How hygienic is it? 

  We follow basic food hygiene guidelines at all times. We do not allow "double dipping" and insist on guests using a new skewer with every dip into the fountain.

Q. Is it messy? 

  It is not at all messy if you follow our guidelines. We show all guests how to use the fountain correctly to avoid any problems. We have never had a bride spill chocolate down her dress for example. We remain by the fountain at all times and keep the area clean and tidy.
